Born with cystic fibrosis, Klyn’s life is a true testament on the ability to negotiate.  Her fight taught her something most business leaders eventually learn the hard way: grit and hard work isn’t enough—you have to know how to communicate, persuade, and influence outcomes.

Knowing her life expectancy was a result of how well she could negotiate for advancing therapeutics, she became fascinated with persuasion at an early age when she saw this quote in the hospital waiting room of selling power magazine:

“In life we don’t get what we deserve, we get what we can negotiate”

Determined to live past her life expectancy, Klyn built The IMPACT Method and The Persuasion Playbook, frameworks rooted in neuroscience and real-world sales experience to negotiate to receive life-transforming medications. 

Now, as one of the oldest people in the world with Cystic Fibrosis, her mission is simple: to free leaders from carrying all the sales themselves by giving teams the confidence and words to win business—without being pushy or inauthentic.

Her story proves that negotiation isn’t just a business skill—it’s a survival skill.
